Chocolate, Peanut sauce

We’ll this recipe title sounds like something I would never ever consume, but with some natural tweaks to our processed consumerised counterpart we can now get chocolate flavour with no guilt and I emphasise no guilt!!!

Eat this with total gratitude in yourself for making healthy choices, in a complete state of calmness and enjoy every spoonful of this masterpiece knowing your filling your body with good gut bacteria, antioxidants, omega 3&6 fatty acids, calcium and many more vitamins and minerals if you choose to use Tao Nutrition powder! Enjoy!


1 tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil
1 teaspoon of tahini paste
1 scoop of Tao nutrition powder or 1 tablespoon of cacao powder and 1 tablespoon of Maca powder
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
2 scoops Burncultured coconut milk yoghurt
Handful of activated walnuts

Scoop 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and melt it in a pan, add 1 teaspoon of tahini paste to the oil and stir through. Poor liquid into a bowl and add 1 Tao scoop and combine into a beautiful chocolate syrup! Add 2 scoops of Burncultured coconut milk yoghurt to the bowl and top with activated walnuts! Try not to eat it too fast!
